Pernefer Group is a residential development company. We design, build and sell a small number of architecturally distinct homes, and we stay responsible for them from the first drawing to the day the keys are handed over.
We develop two kinds of address: apartment residences in the city and private houses in the landscape. Each project starts from its site—its climate, views, culture and the way people will arrive—before any styling is decided.
Every home is shown to buyers as it is designed: in plans, in architectural visualisations and in a live 3D walkthrough, so that you can see exactly what you are buying before you commit.
Umbral Alto's houses are built as the community sells, by an established local Colombian builder. Owners receive regular construction progress updates, with photos and milestone reports.
Construction follows the same sequence for every home: reservation and contract, site works and foundations, structure, envelope and roof, interiors and systems, and handover.
We develop from four connected disciplines. Remove one, and the address becomes an image. Hold all four, and it can become a place.
